General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through the Bloody Life online shop at www.Bloodylife.eu.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
The customer can select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. Before completing the order, the customer has the opportunity to review and, if necessary, correct their details and the selected products.
By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed or accepted by Bloody Life by e-mail.
The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
3. Contract Language
The contract language is German.
The online shop may additionally be offered in other languages. For the conclusion of the contract, the contract language specified during the respective ordering process shall be decisive.
4. Prices
All prices stated in the online shop are in euros.
Due to the application of the small business regulation, no VAT is charged or shown.
In addition to the purchase price, shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process before the order is completed.
5. Payment Terms
The payment methods available in the online shop are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
Payment is generally due immediately after completion of the order, unless another payment period is specified during the ordering process.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
The available delivery countries, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are stated in the online shop or during the ordering process.
If there is a delay in delivery, the customer will be informed where possible.
If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, the customer will be informed without undue delay. Any payments already made will be refunded in this case.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Bloody Life until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The details regarding the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period, the return of goods and the refund are set out in the separate Withdrawal Notice.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by these General Terms and Conditions.
9. Returns
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the goods must be returned in accordance with the information provided in the Withdrawal Notice.
Specific information regarding the return address, return shipping costs and refunds is provided on the separate Returns & Refunds page or in the Withdrawal Notice.
10. Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
In the event of defective goods, consumers are entitled to their statutory warranty rights.
The statutory rights of consumers are not restricted by these General Terms and Conditions.
11. Liability
Bloody Life is liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
Any limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, nor to other damages for which liability is mandatory under applicable law.
12. Product Presentation and Colours
We make every effort to display products, colours and materials in the online shop as accurately as possible.
Depending on the screen, settings and lighting conditions, colours may differ slightly from the actual colour of the product.
Such technically caused deviations do not constitute a defect, provided that the goods delivered correspond to the ordered version.
13. Vouchers and Discount Promotions
Special conditions may apply to vouchers and discount promotions. These conditions will be stated for the respective promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple discount promotions cannot be combined.

We will make every effort to handle complaints and concerns promptly and in a customer-oriented manner.
16. Applicable Law
Austrian law shall apply, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law shall apply only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
17. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
