Shipping within Austria
We deliver within Austria.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed.
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping to the Czech Republic
We also deliver to the Czech Republic.

Shipping to other EU countries
Shipping to other countries of the European Union is possible provided that the respective country can be selected as a delivery country during the ordering process.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated for the respective product, the delivery time within Austria is generally 2–5 business days.
For deliveries to the Czech Republic and other EU countries, the delivery time may be correspondingly longer.
The delivery period begins once full payment has been received.
In the event of unforeseen delays beyond our control, we will inform our customers as soon as possible.
Shipping Provider
Orders are shipped via Österreichische Post or GLS, depending on the selected shipping option and destination country.
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information, where available.
Shipping Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and this requires another delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may arise.
Damaged Shipments
Please check the shipment for visible damage upon receipt.
If the package is visibly damaged on the outside, please document the damage with photographs where possible and contact us as soon as possible.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer and is subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the actual additional shipping costs incurred.
